A project takes an average of 14 to 21 working days. This includes validation time on your end. If you respond quickly, we move quickly. If you need time to think, we adapt — no sales pressure.
The process below applies to showcase projects. For more complex projects (platforms, SaaS, advanced e-commerce), we add a technical scoping step before step 02.
We start with a conversation — email, phone, or video call, whatever works for you. The goal: understand your business, your audience, your constraints and your budget. I ask precise questions, you give me the raw material, and I come back with a scoping document.
The quote is valid for 30 days. Once signed and the deposit received, I block your production slot. Without a signature, I don't start anything — that's the rule that protects everyone.
I present one unique creative direction — not three options for you to choose between. I decide, I own it, I justify it. If you're not convinced, we adjust together, but you never find yourself having to "pick a winner" between options.
This is the most sensitive step: this is where the final direction is decided. If we're not aligned at the end of this phase, we won't be after it either. I'd rather take an extra day here than spend a week fixing things during development.
I switch to dev mode: I code your site from scratch, based on the approved mockup. No CMS bloat, no framework weighing 5MB for nothing. Clean HTML/CSS/JS, with PHP/MySQL on the back end where needed. You follow progress on a temporary URL updated in real time.
During this phase, you receive a link you can visit as often as you like. The site evolves in real time. You don't wait three weeks in the dark to discover something you don't like.
Final stretch: I deploy your site to the live hosting, configure the domain, run final tests under real conditions. Then a video call walkthrough so you're fully independent, full documentation handover, balance settled.
30 days of free corrective support: I fix any bug I missed, at no cost. Beyond that, two options: reach out on a case-by-case basis, or subscribe to the Lowai Care plan at €79/month, which covers small edits, updates, backups and priority support.
